Refund Policy

​PROGRAM REFUND POLICY


All refund requests must be submitted to the HDSC office in writing by email to dunbrack.sc@ns.sympatico.ca. Please allow 3-4 weeks for refund processing. All refunds are issued by cheque regardless of payment type. In the event that HDSC is unable to field a team or provide a suitable program alternative to a player, a full refund will be issued. Players will be refunded any difference in program fee if applicable once player placement sessions are completed and rosters are set. Refund requests made due to special circumstances (family transfer, injury, etc) will be issued at the discretion of the HDSC Executive. No refunds will be issued for players who are suspended or expelled from HDSC. No refunds will be issued to players who fail to return their jersey. See below for refund request deadlines by Program:
    
Foundation Program (U04/U06/U08/U10):
·         Refund requests received before October 15th - 100% of their paid registration fee (less $35 administration fee)
·         Refund requests received between October 15th and November 30th - 50% of their paid registration fee
·         Refund requests received after November 30th are ineligible for a refund
 
Skill Centre/U12C/Youth/Senior Programs:
·         Refund requests received before October 15th  - 100% of their paid registration fee (less $60 administration fee)
·         Refund requests received between October 15th and October 31st – 50% of their paid registration fee
·         Refund requests received between November 1st and November 30th – 25% of their paid registration fee
·         Refund requests received after November 30th are ineligible for a refund
