Thank You George

It is with mixed emotions that Halifax Dunbrack Soccer Club announces the resignation of George Athanasiou as the club's manager as he takes on a new challenge with the new Nova Scotia Soccer League as its commissioner.  

 

George was hired several years ago as the club's General Manager.  From managing the day-to-day operations of the club to ensuring that the technical staff was adequately supported, George implemented many processes that will be transitioned seamlessly to his successor.  He leaves the club in great shape and has created a plan that will allow for continued success.  In the meantime, we will work together to find a successor and to ensure a smooth transition before his last day on April 2nd.

 

We want to thank George for the tireless hours he spent at the office and on the various soccer fields.  We also want to wish him the best in his new role.
